PET DENTAL

Maintaining good dental health is essential to your pet’s overall wellbeing.

We are committed to helping your pets keep their teeth and gums healthy, supporting their comfort and health at every stage of life.

Just like in humans, poor dental hygiene in pets can lead to painful conditions, infections, and even systemic health issues. Our dental services from routine cleanings and advanced diagnostics to our exclusive Dental Club —are designed to keep your pet’s dental health in peak condition.

Preventative Dental Care and Education

To make dental care simple and stress-free, we offer free dental checks with our nursing team. These are available at any time and are an ideal way to assess your pet’s dental condition, spot early signs of issues and receive advice on maintaining dental hygiene at home. During these check-ups, we’ll discuss the best practices for dental care and offer tips on feeding, behaviour, and how to integrate dental care into your pet’s daily routine.

Advanced Dental Diagnostics and Procedures

Our veterinary team is equipped with advanced dental radiology capabilities, allowing us to get a full view of your pet’s oral health. Dental X-rays are a key tool in diagnosing underlying issues such as periodontal, tooth root and jaw bone disease that a standard exam is unlikely to reveal. Additionally, we perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, and polishing to remove plaque and tartar, as well as extractions if necessary. Our team includes a vet with a special interest in dentistry, enabling us to provide more advanced procedures that many other clinics may not offer.

THE CAMMERAY VET DENTAL CLUB

To make ongoing dental care accessible and affordable, we offer the Cammeray Vet Dental Club.

Membership in the Dental Club is designed to keep your pet’s dental health on track and offers several benefits:
  • Goodie Bag upon sign-up with essentials like a toothbrush, pet-friendly toothpaste, and more to support at-home dental care.
  • Discounted Dental Food to reduce plaque and promote oral health.
  • $150 Discount on Annual Dental Procedures such as cleanings and dental X-rays.
  • Quarterly Free Dental Checks with our nursing team to monitor your pet's dental health.

Since dental disease is common among pets over three years of age, routine dental care helps prevent painful issues and systemic infections, improving your pet’s quality of life.
